1. Contact me below or send an email to emma@provenancecopy.co.uk and tell me your thoughts and what you have in mind.

2. I'll provide you with a rough price estimation.

3. We'll hop on a call at a convenient time for you and discuss your project in more detail.

4. You send me all relevant source data and a list of keywords for blogs.

5. I'll provide a proposal which will detail the scope of work required, time frame and price as well as a copy of my Terms and Conditions.

6. If you're happy with the proposal and Terms & Conditions, you'll email me to say so.

7. We'll agree on a start date and a date for work to be delivered.

8. I'll invoice you and you'll pay 50% of the project cost before I start work or 100% if the total cost of the work is under £500.

For regular monthly blog packages, the total amount is due in advance on the first day of the month.

9. Once payment is received, I'll start work...

10. Once the project is complete with any revisions made, I'll invoice for the remaining 50% of the cost.

11. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days.

FAQs

Q. The project I need help with doesn't fall under any of your services, can you still help me?

A. No, worries. Just send me an email outlining the project and I'll see what I can do. If I can't do it, I will try to recommend someone who can.

Q. I'd like to start using you, but can you provide a test piece first so that I can determine whether we'd be a good fit for each other?

A. Absolutely! In fact, I prefer writing a test piece first. There will of course be a charge (the same charge as a one-off blog, email or web page).

Q. Do you offer discounts if I order a batch of blogs?

A. Absolutely! I offer a discount if you order 8 or more together.

Q. Does your quote for website copy include any meetings with developers or with the client?

A. No. Other than an initial discovery meeting, the quote for website copy only includes the cost of writing it. I'm happy to take part in meetings but they will be charged separately and must be scheduled at least two days in advance.

Q. Do you write sponsored posts or do paid partnerships on your LinkedIn?

A. Yes, but only if it is written in my voice and is relevant to my followers.

Q. Do you ghostwrite LinkedIn posts?

A. No, I'm afraid I don't offer that service anymore.

Q. Do you write for any publications?

A. No, I work directly with brands.
